Robert Redford Dessert- Sharon's version

Yesterday we had a little office party for Ashley- our summer intern- who is leaving to head back to college. Everyone brought in a dish and we had a nice lunch of various things from people's gardens and Sharon, one of our office ladies, brought in dessert- Robert Redford dessert. And it was wonderful!! She modified it a bit to make it "healthier". I'm telling you- this stuff is GOOD!

Yummy Things You'll Need:
1 package of pecan sandies cookies
1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter
1 (8oz) package of light cream cheese
2 cup powdered sugar (or 1 cup splenda)
2- (8oz) packages of extra creamy whipped topping
3 cup milk
1 (4oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (4oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix

Use food processor to grind up cookies. Combine cookies and butter and pat into a 13x9 baking dish and bake at 350ยบ for 15 minutes. Let cool. Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar (or splenda), and 1 carton of whipped topping and spread over bottom layer. Blend together milk, chocolate and vanilla pudding until thick. Pour over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining carton of whipped topping. Make sure to lick the spoon. And finally, ENJOY the yumminess! Share with co-workers or family if you must.
