I can't blog about Ginger- and not blog about Hannah and Queen- the Held's Aussies. Hannah and Queen are outside dogs...and they "help" with the cows when needed. Hannah, Queen and I got off to a rough start. Hannah and Queen are Nick's dogs- especially Hannah! I like dogs- and dogs usually like me... but Hannah and Queen did not see me that way- and when I went to pet Hannah the first time, she snapped at me. I was not one of her people, and she didn't want me to pet her. It was then my misson to make friends with them. I made sure I gave them treats when I could and tried to make friends whenever I could- and slowly, over the last 3 years, they decided that I'm not that bad. I am happy to say, that not only do they no longer bark at me when I come over, but they let me pet them! And I'm proud to say that I can tell them apart- they are litter mates so it took me awhile! They even followed me to the house this weekend and waited by the door until I came back out! :)
