Tagged: Oh Me Oh My, What's in My Purse I Shall Never Lie

I was tagged by Kelly to share my purse with you. Anyone who knows me...realizes that this is not going to be that exciting...but here we go!

Here's the rules:

1. Post a picture of whatever bag you are wearing today - not last weekend when you and your hubby went out to that fabulous restaurant. No cheating!!!

2. Tell us how much it cost. This is a no-judgment zone -- there will be no ridiculing or eye rolling here. And, if there is a story to go along with how you obtained it, I'd love to hear it.

3. Now tag some fellow bloggers and link back to this post so people know why you are posting pictures of your bag.

There's not really an exciting story to this purse. I've had it for several years. I think I bought it my senior year in college and spent like $80 on it, which is more than I usually spend on things like purses, but every girl needs a nice, black purse and it has come in handy on several occasions in the seven plus years I've had it. I've never really felt like I needed or wanted a big purse, but my only complaint about this purse is that it's not really big enough for me to fit in my camera. Guess I need a new camera!! "Hey Nick....we need to go to Target!"

Here's what you will find in my purse...(minus the random loose receipts because I threw them all away).

1. Wallet- which may or may not have money in it- depends on if I've spent it all or not.

2. Tide stick- didn't even know this was in my purse! But will be handy should I spill on myself (which only happens when I'm wearing something white- or at a fancy restaurant)

3. Cell phone- it's sad...I lived the first 22 years of my life without one, and will now sort of freak out if I forget it..as if they don't have phones at work or something.

4. Pen- surprising- because when I need one, I never have one.

5. Lipstick- two shades..almost never reapply, but carry them with me anyway.

6.Starbucks gift card- THANKS Mom! I have two more tall vanilla latte's left on it...YUM!

7. Mary Kay sample size hand cream- it's winter and it comes in handy.

8. Excedrin Migrane- for plan commission meetings or other work meetings that give me a migrane.

9. Epipen- I haven't needed this in four years (I'm knocking on wood right now) but I do carry it in case I have one of my embarrassing allergic reactions to some unknown food that make me puff up with hives and pass out.

Now it's your turn! I'm tagging:

Jen- because you're the only other blogging friend I have...and don't use the excuse your camera is broken. You work at Target- and they have very nice cameras there...there's a Nikon that I have my eye on...

You should know me better than that!! I don't carry a purse. I only have a wallet. I'm so anti girly-girl that way!
