This morning, just like every morning, I staggered out of bed to the back door to let Pepper out. Imagine my surprise when around the corner came a big, black male dog. I like dogs, but am always leary of big dogs, especially big dogs I don't know. Of course, Pepper was ready to defend her yard with all the hair going up on her back. Nevermind that this dog could eat her for breakfast, burp, and then ask for seconds. Thankfully, her hungry stomach won out and she came in when I called. The dog moved on to other parts of the neighborhood and made friends with the boys down the street. When we left for church, the dog was no where to be found, which was fine with me. But when we came home, he was in our bushes- where he has stayed, except for when he takes a bathroom break on our grill. NOT COOL. I've called the local authorities, only to be told there is no animal control- and so sorry about your luck.
We're going to Purdue for two days- when we get back, I hope THIS is NOT what we find waiting for us.

If anyone would like a big, black dog that pees on your grill, please let me know. I have the perfect one waiting for you in my bushes.

But Adrienne....he's SO CUTE. and I know you have a heart of gold....
Kelly- Would you like him? He's still here- so he's yours if you want him!! He lost his "cute" factor when he peed on the grill - and the siding of the house- and about every bush we've got- and anything else that was still long enough. That's why I have GIRL puppy dogs.
Such a cute puppy, I hope he finds a good home soon.
