Rachel's Nana O. came to visit for a few days this week. Despite the heat, Rachel and Nana still managed to have a good time. There was bubble blowing and playing in the hose (my personal favorite activity of the week), helping water flowers, etc. But Rachel also learned how to help around the house. She helped do dishes...
And she even helped wash the potatoes for dinner...sans her diaper since she decided to plop down into the sink of dishwater, diaper and all. I can't say I blame her! It's hot out! In case you are wondering, Huggies do have remarkable absorbency.
Rachel also helped Nana stir up her morning cup of coffee.
She took her job as coffee stirer very seriously. Sometimes too seriously... Nana had to watch out for splashes.
Despite the week not always going as planned, a good time was had by all!
