Anniversary Gifts

It's hard to believe, but today is our FIRST anniversary! Nick has survived an entire year of living with me! HA! Or perhaps it should be the other way around?? Just kidding. This last year has gone by so quickly, and I'm happy to report that it's been a wonderful first year of marriage!
You're probably wondering- what did Nick get me for our anniversary...
I have some WONDERFUL news - Nick got the job in Spencer County! They offered him the job on Friday and he accepted- of course! That was a combined gift from God (I think He was tired of hearing from me about that- I can be kind of a pest when I really want something), Nick, and Nancy (Nick's Mom). Any wager's on how long it'll take me to pack??
While I would love to share with you all the wonderful plans Nick and I have for our first anniversary together- Nick is actually out of town in Washington D.C. at a conference. Since Nick shared his cold germs with me, I will be home tonight celebrating with my kleenex box and some nyquil. Somehow I don't think he was sorry to leave his sniffling wife behind for a few days...
However, I am not going to let a few sniffles and sneezes distract me from my packing mission!
