Freezer Pops

Now that the heat of the summer has passed and we are settling into shorter days, cooler temperatures, and thoughts of winter, it's only natural that Rachel would decide that freezer pops are her treat of choice. Several times over the summer, we offered her this cool and refreshing treat. She wasn't particularly interested. Recently, though, she has changed her mind. Last night she was hanging on the freezer door, trying with all her little might to get it to open. I was curious what she might want in there- and when I opened it for her, she grabbed a freezer pop. Since it's "hot" (hot in this instance means cold), she prefers not to hold it herself. Freezer pops are a tasty treat, regardless of the season! Wonder if she'll be requesting hot chocolate in August...
